How to Fry Fish in a air fryer

Ingredients

4 Fillets

1 Large egg

   Garlic Powder

   Onion Powder

   Old bay Seasoning 

   Parsley

   Cooking Spray

   All Purpose Flour

Directions

 Clean Fillets and place them into a large mixing bowl.

Season Fillets on all sides with the Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Old bay Seasoning, Parsley, Mix egg and pour it over the fish.

Spray air fryer with cooking spray then place fillets inside, spray the tops of the fish as well. Close the air fryer.

Set air fryer temp at 390 for 15-20 mins. Check after 10 mins and spray fillets again then start back up.

How to fry leg quarters in a Air Fryer

Indredients

4 Leg Quarters
   All Purpose Flour
2 Large Eggs
   Garlic Powder
   Onion Powder
   Italian Seasoning
   Parsley
  Canola Cooking Spray
  Seasoning Salt



Directions

Clean Chicken and place in a large mixing bowl

Season all sides with Garlic powder, Onion powder, Italian Seasoning, parsley and seasoning salt, mix egg together and pour over the chicken.

Sprinkle flour over chicken until evenly coated on all sides.

spray air fryer pan down with cooking spray and place chicken inside

Set temperaturee between 390-400 press the air fryer button then set time for 26-35 mins spray the tops of the chicken and close the air fryer and press start.

* Be sure to pause the air pryer 15 mins into cooking to check it and spray chicken with oil once more.
